Refund Policy

At Divine Ornament, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our refund and return policy.

 

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

You may return any item purchased from Divine Ornament within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Customised or personalised jewellery
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at divinornaments@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds

Processing Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 10 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at  divinornaments@gmail.com.

 

Exchanges

Exchanging Items:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at divinornaments@gmail.com with the details of the defect or damage.
